Saint-Barth: the itinerary that goes beyond the beaches
Some destinations you visit once. And some destinations choose you forever. Saint-Barthélemy belongs to the second kind.
The island spans 25 km² and shows not a single sign of a resort. What it has is something rarer: the gift of making time slow down before you notice. There are no cruise ships. No advertising on the streets. Only natural light, crystal-clear water and the quiet certainty that you are exactly where you were meant to be.
What most travelers never find
The conventional Saint-Barth itinerary is simple: arrive, head to Gustavia, lunch at Shell Beach, dine at Eden Rock and repeat. The trouble is that this itinerary overlooks what truly makes the island singular: the villas tucked away above Gouverneur, the six-in-the-morning market with the local fishermen, the snorkeling at Colombier that can only be reached by boat — and access to it must be arranged well in advance.
With Grossi Group, these details arrive already taken care of before your flight touches down. The chef knows your dietary preferences. The boat already has the picnic packed. And the wine in the villa's cellar is the one you asked for in that very first conversation — because it was noted.
When to go and how to get there
High season runs from December to April. New Year's Eve in Saint-Barth is one of the most exclusive in the world: villas and yachts must be reserved 12 to 18 months in advance. The island has no airport for large aircraft — access is by private flight from Saint-Martin (10 minutes) or by ferry.
