Celebrated by international jet-setters such as Kanye West and Paris Hilton, Isis Grossi launches a pioneering luxury travel agency focused on wellness and beauty for women visiting Rio de Janeiro.
The old saying that you can always bounce back from rock bottom is one Isis Grossi knows well. Born in Recife and now based in Rio, she says she found her path in life after being knocked down — twice.
Her first heartbreak — the end of her relationship with American football player Brandon Hancock — ultimately left her with a contacts book full of fascinating names such as Kanye West and Paris Hilton. Years later, a second disappointment, this one caused by a São Paulo executive, brought her back home.
It was out of this journey that the idea for Grossi Group was born — along with a pioneering concierge concept focused on beauty and wellness services for women visiting Rio. "My clientele tends to be 100% international, but now I want to expand the service within Brazil as well," Isis says.
