2. What data we collect, and where

• Contact form: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp and any information you include in your message (such as the destination and dates of the experience you have in mind). Submissions are processed by Formspree.
• WhatsApp contact: when you tap the WhatsApp button, the conversation happens inside Meta's WhatsApp app, subject to that platform's own privacy policies.
• Browsing data: we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to measure audience in aggregate — pages visited, traffic source, device type and interactions such as WhatsApp button clicks. These services use cookies and anonymous identifiers.

We do not collect sensitive data through the website, and no field on this site asks for documents, financial details or passwords.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare experience proposals;
• For follow-up communication related to your request;
• For aggregate audience metrics that help us improve the site and our services.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

• Meta Platforms — only when you choose to start a conversation via WhatsApp.

These providers may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, international transfers rely on the contractual and security safeguards offered by each platform.

5. Cookies

The site uses Google Analytics statistical cookies to understand, in aggregate, how visitors browse. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings — the site will keep working normally. You may also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

6. How long we keep your data

Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet legal obligations. Browsing statistics follow the retention period configured in Google Analytics (14 months).

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may at any time request: confirmation of processing; access to your data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymisation, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent.
